All appointments made at Privee Clinic will require debit card details before bookings. You will not be charged a deposit at the time of booking.
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If this happens and you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours our cancellation policy will be applied and charged to your credit card.

Multiple Vial Filler Promotions
When booking in for multiple vial filler promotions, you must use all vials in one appointment unless an injector assesses you as medically unable to do so. Learn more about what packages are available at the clinic here.
Skin Treatment Packages
When purchasing multiple treatment packages, treatments must be redeemed within 12 months of initial purchase unless a practitioner assesses you as medically unable to do so.
Gift Cards must be used within 12 months of being issued and cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or offer.
Privée Clinic sends each of our valued clients a $50 voucher for their birthday annually. This must be used within 1 month of being sent and cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or discount.
Sculptra is a product that is required to be reconstituted 48 hours in advance. For this reason, when booking an appointment for Sculptra the clinic will take a $100 deposit that will be used towards payment. In case of cancellation or change in treatment, you agree to forfeit the deposit.
When purchasing a full ml of filler, it must be used in one appointment unless medically unable to do so.
Any further treatment or top-ups from the initial appointment are payable in full.
